Easy Pasta Recipes | Easy Picnic Food Recipes

Tasty pasta with tuna

This recipe is one of my favorites of children. Is a complete meal, if you have pasta (carbohydrates), extra virgin olive oil (good fat), grated parmesan and tuna (proteins).

You will need to serve 4:

400gr of pasta (500g if you want a unique and complete dish)
3 cans of tuna with olive oil (can I use 160gr)
5 anchovy fillets
4 cloves garlic (chopped)
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
4 or 5 tablespoons grated Parmesan
1 lemon juice

How-to:

Put the pasta in boiling salted water and set the timer for the cooking time (part of the goodness of a pasta dish is its correct cook - an overcooked pasta loses taste).

Then put the extra virgin olive oil in a frying pan and add the chopped garlic, chopped anchovy fillets and shortly after tuna. Mix everything, add a small piece of peperoncino (optional) and the right before turning on the gas, add the lemon juice.

When the pasta is ready, drain in a colander and put it back into the pot. Add tuna mixture and Parmesan cheese. Mix everything well and ... is ready.
