Bulgur wheat is made of shell, steamed, cracked wheat grains and you can get this fine or coarse grain. It's ideal for salads Egyptian. Bake in 350 degree F oven for forty-five minutes. Remove the lid and give it another fifteen minutes uncovered or until chicken is cooked through. This recipe serves six and is good served sprinkled with cup each of fresh cucumber slices and fresh parsley.
