Changes like this will not affect the flavor of the dish balanced but give it color and flavor and also will allow you to use any vegetables you want to get rid of those who have passed their prime.

If you prefer a spicier dish, you can increase the amount of curry powder and chile powder, but keep in mind that not everyone likes hot food, so it is best to make the recipe as is and then just add a little extra chile to yours on the table.

Recipe - Step by Step

What you need:

1 chicken cut into pieces
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon chile powder
2 onions, chopped
1 teaspoon cumin
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 pound peeled, chopped potatoes
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons curry powder
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 / 2 cup chopped cilantro
3 cups water
1 cup coconut milk
1 bay leaf
Salt and black pepper, to taste

Here's how:

Heat oil in a saucepan and saute garlic and onion for a minute. Add chicken and cook for three minutes. Add spices and stir the mixture well. Add potatoes and cook the dish until the potatoes are tender and chicken is cooked through. Add everything else, adjust the seasoning and serve the curry with steamed rice or boiled.
